Service Description
Guided tour from our knowledgeable EIC staff. During this one hour tour your group will explore the Croft and learn about how we started, and how we currently operate. Learn about the many different activities that take place on The Croft, and how they have evolved over the years to get us to where we are now. You will have the opportunity to ask questions along the way, while enjoying the sights and sounds of the Leith Community Croft. We offer tours to individuals, and third sector organisations as-well as businesses.
Cancellation Policy
Upon booking, you can either; pay a deposit or pay in full If you need to change dates, please email venue@earth-in-common.org and we will do our best to accomodate any date changes you need. Please also email here for any events with over 30 attendees, or, events which perhaps do not fit any of our packages on offer. E.g. a wedding We will send a reminder three weeks prior to your event to request the full payment (if you haven't done so already). If full payment is not completed two weeks prior to your booking we will cancel the event, and deposits will not be refunded In the case of cancellations – - If cancelling more than 2 weeks prior to your session date, a cancellation fee will not apply. - If cancelling between 2 weeks and 1 week before your session date, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. - If cancelling less than 1 week prior to your session date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total value of your booking and are necessary to cover costs incurred in preparing for your event. Lastly to ensure that if you must cancel - we have enough notice to re-offer the date to another. In the event of exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the charities director.
