Service Description
Venue space(s): Garden Room with outdoor access and optional table/chairs outside (Glass sliding doors allow the entire corner of the Garden Room glass walls to open). Your package includes: Tables and chairs arranged to request (tables come with tablecloths and seasonal flower jar). Sonos speaker (Bluetooth). Wi-Fi access. Panasonic LCD Commercial projector PTZM series (indoor use only). Water jugs and glasses. Cancellation Policy
Upon booking, you can either; pay a deposit, or, pay in full If you need to change the date of your booking, please email venue@earth-in-common.org, and we will do our best to accommodate you if we have availability for your new date. . Please also email here for any events with over 35 attendees, or, events which perhaps do not fit any of our packages on offer. E.g. a wedding, or, ceilidh. We will send a reminder three weeks prior to your event to request the full payment (if you haven't done so already). If full payment is not completed two weeks prior to your booking we will cancel the event, and a portion of your deposit will be charged to your account. In the case of cancellations – - If cancelling more than 2 weeks prior to your session date, a cancellation fee will not apply. - If cancelling between 2 weeks and 1 week before your session date, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. - If cancelling less than 1 week prior to your session date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total value of your booking and are necessary to cover costs incurred in preparing for your event. Lastly to ensure that if you must cancel - we have enough notice to re-offer the date to another. In the event of exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the charity director.
