Service Description
Make your event special and stress-free, with a Croft Party Package in our venue space - The Garden Room. We provide everything needed for a delicious and hassle-free party, allowing you to focus on celebrating and creating memories! Please note - our cafe kitchen closes at 3pm each day. The maximum capacity of the Garden room is 35 people standing, 30 in seated cinema style rows, or 25 comfortable for sit down eating. Small outdoor space immediately outside Garden Room glass doors – We can place 1-2 folding tables in this barked area if required. If you wish to hire the entire building space (capacity 60) please email venue@earth-in-common.org. We are an aspiring zero-waste organisation and can dispose of certain items via ChangeWaste (local recycling centre). Recycling options offered - all £2.20 per collection bag available at the cafe till on the day of your event. All items should be rinsed and squashed at the outdoor sink. Cans Cardboard Tetra packs Plastic water bottles/juice bottles and lids |(no other plastics) Glass (rinsed) General waste Vegetarian food waste tub £1 Decor: reusable, biodegradable wherever possible. NOTHING attached to walls e.g. sellotape, instead use blue-tack on the windows, or, the designated hanging hooks on the walls. This package includes: 35 x Side-plates, cups, and cutlery and glassware (kids and adults available) Sonos Era Bluetooth speaker Access to the outdoor sink for any washing up needs Accessible toilets and baby changing Wi-Fi Festoon lighting on around the building Our catering package is an available add-on, for £8 per head. Freshly prepared organic cold vegetarian platter for up to 35, suitable for children and families (veg/gf options available). Homemade humus cups and fresh organic veggie/fruit sticks for dipping, Mini sandwiches/wraps, Organic juice jugs, Cake slice/cookie (we also offer themed cupcakes!) Please email venue@earth-in-common.org all allergen/dietary information, or, to request any specifics for catering. Please note we do not allow BYOB, however, we have a Croft Bar/Beer Garden open until 9pm. We are happy to pre-order any alcohol for you in advance including bottles of fizz! Cancellation Policy
Upon booking, you will be prompted to pay in full online. Please email venue@earth-in-common.org if you have any issues at all. If you need to change the date of your booking, please also email venue@earth-in-common.org, and we will do our best to accommodate you if we have availability for your new date. . Please also email here for any events with over 35 attendees, or, events which perhaps do not fit any of our packages on offer. E.g. a wedding, or, ceilidh. In the case of cancellations – - If cancelling more than 3 weeks prior to your session date, a cancellation fee will not apply. - If cancelling between 2 weeks and 1 week before your session date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. - If cancelling less than 1 week prior to your session date, we will not refund your booking. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to venue@earth-in-common.org. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total value of your booking and are necessary to cover costs incurred in preparing for your event. Lastly to ensure that if you must cancel - we have enough notice to re-offer the date to another.
