Service Description

Children's birthday package 1 At the moment we are offering self-catering only. Venue hire space - We will set out one top table with a flower jar for any catering you bring in. In you wish to bring your own catering, we offer kids' plates, cups, and cutlery sets. Waste/recycling bags are available for purchase via the cafe till, at the end of your event. Chairs will be dotted around the room, with clear space in the middle for any dancing or games that take place during the party. Extra table for workshop materials. There are designated decoration hanging points for any decor brought along. Please only use these. Outside Space - Your package includes one table outdoors nearby the sliding glass doors of The Garden Room. Your package includes: Ultimate Ears BlueTooth speaker, Wi-Fi access, Self-manned games/activities – hula hoops, hoopla, board games, and our sound-walk (need smart phone for this), One workshop of your choice, Overlangshaw's Farm ice-cream/sorbet x25 with a waffle cone (organic, ethical and local). **TO GO IN FORM: Please indicate your which of the following workshops is to be included in your booking: willow head dress making botanical wreath making hapa zome sun catchers - need to check cost natural air drying clay making - " seed-bomb making (seasonal) flower/leaf pressing/rubbing art (seasonal) Schedule: First 30 minutes of the booking - organiser arrives for set up with a staff member. This time is used to bring out any self-catering, tableware, table arranging, decoration hanging, speaker set up, and any other general liaison duties. After 30 minutes of set up guests arrive for the party. After 1 hour the workshop will be delivered. After 2 hours ice-cream/sorbet will be served. After 2.5 hours guests leave and the last 30 minutes are used for the organiser to pack away any belongings. Total costing break-down (STAFF ONLY - TAKE OUT WHEN PUBLISHING): Venue hire for self-catered package = £105 (including staff fee) Equipment hire: Kid's sets (cutlery, tumblers, plates) for 25 kids £15 (60p each = 50 p per set plus 10p VAT) Bluetooth speaker for party music Self-manned games/activities 45 min workshop for 25 kids £100 Ice cream for 25 kids £100 Possible suitable amount for the TOTAL = £300? (works out as £12 per kid) Adding a kids finger food buffet could be another option?**
