Variations we can do - catered/self-catered, workshop, and/or ice-cream for 30. 3 hour booking (including set up and pack down time) Booking includes: EVENING BOOKING Garden Room plus one table outside with chairs by the glass sliding doors which allow one entire corner of the Garden room to open. Top table with tablecloth and a fresh Croft flower jar for any self-catered food and drinks. Table to the side wall for any workshop materials with a tablecloth. Chairs set out around the room. Designated decoration hanging points. Access to external sink. Tableware x 30 . Bluetooth Ultimate Ears speaker. Wi-Fi access. Self-manned activities – hula hoops, sound-walk installation (will need a smart phone for QR codes), caricature session materials (paper and clip boards, pens). Optional: Ice cream/sorbet in a waffle cone or glass – for 30 One internal workshop to choose from – Head dress making/wreath making, Hapa Zome, Sun catchers, Ginger beer making, Natural air-drying clay workshop, Seed-bomb making (seasonal), Candle making, (Ones to prep fully still so leaving off for now): Mini book binding (Ali’s sister is a book binder and conservator and has a guide for a mini book), Koke dame, Block printing, Cyanotype (can buy both ingredients to make, or by a pre-made solution). Schedule: First hour: Arrive and liaise with our event staff member for a quick introduction to the space/amenities, and bring out any catering/tableware/speaker if requested. Second hour: If you have chosen a workshop or ice-cream they will be delivered/served one hour after you arrive. If you have booked both, then we will deliver your workshop first and then your ice-creams. Third hour: Party comes to a close after hour three, and everyone vacates. Please note, if you wish to use our recycling/waste systems, we have bags available for £2.20 at the cafe till.
